SENIOR MINE GEOLOGIST
ROLE:
- Chief Geologist wants someone who can come in and run the show when he is off site
- Team of 4 experienced Mine Geologists (mix of OP and UG)- working closely with the Chief Geologist
- Mentoring and supervision, as well as training on as needs basis
- Block modeling work and interpretations
- Core logging and mapping
- Assist with Exploration team nearby
- Option to join Mines Rescue Team
- Residential role, relocation assistance provided
COMPANY:
- Australian based exploration and development company who is small is size but has loads to offer in terms of surrounding tenements
- Recently commenced maiden commercial gold production
- Successful drilling in surrounding areas to host high grade deposits
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 8 years experience in a Mine Geologist role
- Preferrable exposure working in both underground and open pit environments- UG preference
- Must be a Surpac user
