You come aboard at a Senior Geotechnical level. Their take is to advance you to the Technical Director within 2-3 years. You would agree that this is rare, that this advancement built in from the start.  In the interim, you start as Team Lead.  This would involve mentoring and project management.

The focus is the design and tendering process of major road and rail infrastructure projects and upgrades This includes some major Queensland land mark sites, and urban infrastructure projects.

It is a transparent company culture. Operate alongside, not under, the Geotechnical Manager. His expertise is great.  You get to be part of the major decisions and on top of this, you will get to see projects from tendering to construction. No more fractured projects with someone else getting the credit on completion.

B.Eng with around 10+ years geotechnical consulting and design experience
