Utilise your 5+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience to run small to medium sized projects autonomously with backup as neccesary. You may have a good spread of technical skills but this is an opportunity to develop those management and client development skills that we all know are critical to take that next step into a real Senior / Associate position.

Often people are attracted to the larger multidisciplinary companies because of larger projects. This may be true but it can be very easy to get stuck in a pure technical role and not diversify your skills, not to mention the extra competition for positions.
